Wedding I/S shall not be held responsible for any delays, errors, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
3.3 Timely Decisions and Approvals
The Client agrees to review proposals, documents, and recommendations provided by the Agency and to communicate decisions, confirmations, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in decision-making may affect the availability of vendors, venues, or dates and may result in additional costs or changes to the event plan.
3.4 Communication and Availability
The Client shall maintain clear and consistent communication with the Agency throughout the planning process. The Client agrees to respond to emails, messages, and requests for information in a timely manner to ensure smooth coordination and execution of services.

3.6 Legal Documentation and Compliance
The Client is responsible for obtaining and providing all required legal documents, permits, and authorizations necessary for the wedding or related events, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. This includes, but is not limited to, identification documents, marital status certificates, and any documentation required by Danish authorities or relevant institutions.
3.7 Guest Compliance and Conduct
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all guests comply with the rules, regulations, and policies of the venue and any third-party service providers. The Agency shall not be held liable for any damages, penalties, or disruptions caused by the Client’s guests and the couple.
3.8 Acknowledgment of Impact
The Client acknowledges that failure to fulfill the above responsibilities may negatively impact the planning process, the quality of services delivered, and the successful execution of the event. The Agency shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from such failures.
4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing Structure
The cost of our services will always be agreed upon in advance and confirmed in writing. Depending on your needs, pricing may be based on a fixed package, a percentage of your total wedding budget, or an hourly rate. All details will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
4.2 Payment Terms
We require full payment upfront before we begin any work. We do not operate with deposits, and services will only start once the full amount has been received.
If you decide to add extra services along the way, we will inform you of any additional costs. These must be paid in full before your wedding or event takes place.
4.3 Payment Methods - Stripe
"Denmark I Do" utilizes Stripe, a third-party payment service provider, for the processing of all credit and debit card transactions. By proceeding with payment via Stripe Checkout, the client agrees to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service.
All payment transactions are executed solely through Stripe. "Denmark I Do" does not collect, store, or have access to any payment data and is therefore unable to alter or update any payment information submitted during the transaction process.
"Denmark I Do" shall not be held liable for any payment-related issues, including but not limited to failed transactions, processing errors, delays, or system interruptions. The client bears full responsibility for verifying the successful completion of any transaction.
Additionally, "Denmark I Do" shall not be liable for any changes, interruptions, or technical issues arising from Stripe’s services. The use of fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Late Payments
If any outstanding payments are not made on time, we reserve the right to pause our services until payment is received. In some cases, interest may be applied in line with Danish regulations.
4.5 Non-Payment
If payment is not completed as agreed, we may suspend or cancel our services. We cannot be held responsible for any impact this may have on your event.
4.6 Exceptions
In relation to the “Crafting Timeless Moments” package, costs are incurred on an ongoing basis due to the engagement of multiple suppliers and third-party service providers and may therefore not be fully foreseeable at the outset. Consequently, additional costs not originally accounted for during the planning phase may arise.Any such costs will be communicated promptly and in advance.
5. Refund Policy
Only partial refunds are available for any of our packages (Complimentary Consulting, “I DO” the paperwork right, Seamless Wedding, Apostille, “I DO” need Help, Crafting Timeless Moments ) once services have commenced. Services are considered to have started as soon as the couple receives the official document checklist, which is tailored to their individual situation and marks the beginning of our consultation and administrative work. In the event of a cancellation by the client after receiving this checklist, the only refund that will be issued, is the AFL fee (280€), if the process has not been completed. By confirming the service, the client agrees to these terms.
6. Liability and Limitation of Liability
The Agency is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including issues caused by external vendors, weather conditions, or venue-related matters. In all cases, the Agency’s liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services. The Agency does not accept responsibility for personal injury or damage to property unless it is the result of the Agency’s negligence.
7. Civil Marriage Ceremonies at the Town Hall
The civil marriage ceremony is a brief official procedure of approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Following an introductory statement by the registrar, the parties will be asked to confirm their intention to marry. Upon request, personal vows may be exchanged, and rings may be presented prior to the signing of the official documentation.
The ceremony is conducted exclusively by the competent public authorities and does not fall within the scope of responsibility of “Denmark I Do”.
Accordingly, the civil marriage ceremony is not included in the services provided by “Denmark I Do”, and all fees relate solely to the agency’s own services.
In the event of non-attendance or cancellation by the client, no refund shall be granted.
Within the scope of the booked services, “Denmark I Do” may offer a complimentary rescheduling, subject to availability and within the validity period of the approval.
Should a new application be required, the standard fees shall be charged again.
